Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the Seranova device and any unused infusion serums in their original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

  Ship to Seranova

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
